1. Why are your services free?
A. Diabetic Journals is a non-profit organization that with the sole purpose of helping diabetics, their loved ones and the people who care for them. Since there is no cure for diabetes at this time we know that the in order for a diabetic to successfully manage his / her diabetes it is important that they develop a support network. Studies have shown that diabetics that have good support networks fare much better with controlling their glucose levels than those who don’t. We feel that providing free blogs, message boards, chat rooms and more is a good way to get people involved in managing their diabetes.
2. What information do you need about me in order to open an account?
A. Basically all you need is a valid email address and an imagination to create a user name to get an account. After setting up your account you can at your choosing add more information but that is up to you.
3. Can I create my own theme?
A. At this time no you can not. But we do provide over 100 themes to choose from some of which that will allow you to create your own header image and use it instead of the one supplied.
4. Does Diabetic Journals sell or give out my information to anyone?
A. NO! Diabetic Journals does not give or sell information about its users to anyone, corporation, business, organization or government agencies unless ordered to do so by a United States Court of Law.
5. Can I change my user name?
A. At this time no you can not but you can always start another blog if you would like.
